Hi Mike,I’m looking to implement exactly the same scenario. Upload contact list and distribute survey via email. After 2 weeks if anyone doesn’t respond, export that customer info of those who didn’t respond and send it back to department that will make the phone calls. Perhaps the phone call survey is logged in a 2nd survey as the questions are slightly different. open to suggestions here!I have a few questions:How are you identifying those contacts that didn’t respond to the first survey? Did you manage to export these into a file that can be used to make the phone call and fill out the 2nd survey? Are you connecting the 2 surveys in any way via an id etc? ThanksJayneeta Vaitha
@Deepak, thank you for your reply. Apparently if a Email workflow task has multiple email addresses and one is not correct, the task does not show failure so you would never know that some emails are bouncing. So this would definitely be an issue!
