How do I include a logo in an email distribution, so it actually appears in the message?

I need to include a logo in a distribution email, but simply inserting the image does not seem to work. It shows in the message draft, but when I send a preview email it doesn't appear.

See if your client is saving the message before sending a test message to his/her self or others? That seemed to do the trick for me.

    Are you sure your email provider isn't blocking images in the message? This should work using the method you described.

    I'm sending it to myself, and am able to see images/logos in other messages I receive.
