Thanks Viki_M7Indeed, after talking over the phone with a specialist from Qualtrics, I learned that the authenticator is not needed. Once I dropped it, everything went fine.
Thanks, ahmedA, but unfortunately the problem is there. I deleted all the previous emails that I sent to myself and start the process anew but still the log in fail is there. I sent it also the invitation to another user and again she could not log in.I wrote to the people in Qualtrics and none of them got back to me to give an asnwer to my question. I am so disappointed.
Thanks ahmedA for the hint. I changed the "RandomID" to "Random ID" but stll a fail to log in comes up.
Hi there, I have a similar quesiton regarding hiding the middle button of a bipolar scale. Although I have successfully managed to hide it some time ago, now, rather unexpectedly, it seems that it does not work. Any idea about how to solve the problem? The JS code for a simple bipolar question with three options in which I am trying to hide the middle button is as follows: Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function() { var cell = "1~2"; jQuery(("#QR~"+this.questionId+"~"+cell).replace(/~/g, "\\\\~")).closest("td").find("*").hide(); }); I thank you for your cosnideration.
Indeed! I did not think about it. I thank you a lot, C_Bohn! But, still, I need your help to further improve my items. May I ask you how to put the labels of the options close to the buttons? As you can see below, my two options in the bipolar statement are quite long, which put the buttons in the middle of the text and the labels relatively farther away (higher). Is there any way that I could position these labels closer to the buttons? ! I thank you for your support.
I thank you a lot C_Bohn!!! That's perfect! (and I made it to hide more than one button!!). But may I ask how about a script through which I could add the labels of "4", "3", "2" and "1" on top of the buttons?
Hi there, I have a similar question; I would like to customize the space between (eight) options either in a bipolar or a Likert type scale so that the four options to cluster close to each other on the left side and the remaining four options to do the same on the right side. Something like the following: Statement on the Statement on the left side here right side here 4 3 2 1 1 2 3 4 I guess that it needs some customizing in CSS (in look and Feel, I think), but I do not know how. I will appreciate any help.
Indeed, you are right, Nikolay. I thank you a lot for your assistance. Kind regards Thanasis
Dear npetrov937, I thank you very much for your prompt reply and your valuable assistant. It helps a lot. So, as far as I understood, a. even when I send invitations via emails, my participants' ids will remain anonymous, won't be? b. if so, then may I ask you if I can keep sending multiple invitations / reminders to the same person even when the invitation is posted through a link? that is, without using a contact list; c. In any case, should I include a kind of question that should trigger invitation for the next-day questionnaire filling out? I thank you for your consideration. Kind regards
