We are a B2B company. We have hundreds of clients who complete a relationship survey. We would like to calculate how many of our clients have at least one response to ensure we are getting feedback from our whole client base/market. Client name is tracked as embedded data on the survey. Example, client A might have 10 surveys go out and no responses and client B might have 12 surveys go out and 2 responded. Is there away to show a bar or pie graph that 1 out of 2 clients have at least one response.
On my survey, I have added a custom field that performs a simple calculation ( [field1/field2*100] ). On my vocalize dashboard, I am looking to add this custom field as a data field. I thought that by adding that survey as a source, it would pop up as a select-able data field. However, I can't find that field at all and looking at the documentation says that its a supported data field type on a dashboard. Am I missing something here or did my dashboard glitch? Thanks, Steven
Is there a way to remove all bounced back email addresses at once ? I have more than 500 and doing it one by one is not an option.
