We are a B2B company. We have hundreds of clients who complete a relationship survey. We would like to calculate how many of our clients have at least one response to ensure we are getting feedback from our whole client base/market. Client name is tracked as embedded data on the survey. Example, client A might have 10 surveys go out and no responses and client B might have 12 surveys go out and 2 responded. Is there away to show a bar or pie graph that 1 out of 2 clients have at least one response.

Sounds very much possible. I would check into using filters - there is a versatile filter system that lets you assign on each data point on a graph, such as by name, completion, response count, etc.
To avoid headaches, you would have to design the survey with this in mind so that the dashboard can be properly present the data.
