Is there a standard when in comes to recode values for a unipolar 5 point scale and a bipolar 5 point scale? I have added an image of one set of recode values for each, how do you code your surveys?
If I want to run the same feedback survey each month, to the same individuals, BUT I want them to see their responses from last month to see if there is a change in feedback... how can i do this?
Regarding the SFDC email triggers - opportunity owner should get a survey each time a task is closed in SFDC and we can only get Qualtrics to send one survey link? We did a test where we closed 3 tasks in SFDC by the opportunity owner but we only get one email with the survey linkWe change the subject line and the email body each time via piped text.A Opportunity will contain up to 5 Tasks, and when the Tasks are closed a survey for each Task should be sent to Opportunity Owner, but for us only the survey is sent for the first Task only and the remaining are not sent. The email distributions and contact list both say successful sends? However we only get the first task closed email to come through.Any feedback on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
If the partial completion is set to the below: ! and the recipient hasn't finished all of the survey yet, what happens if you send out the same survey to the same recipient again during that month?
I have asked recipients to "Drag and drop 5 options into priority order with 1 being most preferred option and 5 being least preferred option) - now that I have the data it is hard to visualize this properly-any tips or examples would be huge help
I composed a new email to myself after I have already sent and taken the survey, but I want to send it to myself again and it wont send.
