I have asked recipients to "Drag and drop 5 options into priority order with 1 being most preferred option and 5 being least preferred option) - now that I have the data it is hard to visualize this properly-any tips or examples would be huge help

I like to visualize this as a stacked bar with the choices on the axis. You can see what percentage of the total each rank was picked.
