We just launched a survey this morning and had it set to launch at 9:45am CST. A few people received it at the appropriate time, others received it an hour later, and I know someone else who hasn't received it yet. When looking at the mail history and pull the distribution report it says all were sent successfully. Anyone know why this may have happened?
It seems like there are some people on the community that have also had this issue and no responses on how to truly fix it or that a solution has occurred. We had a survey go out with 5 open text box questions and an individuals response came back blank. All questions were mandatory/forced response and there was no skip logic or anything like that.
Everytime I try to do a mass update on employee metadata (our own company info, like location, or anything else we have added), i always ended up getting duplicates. How do you go about updating this information and where should I be doing that update?
We have a quarterly survey that goes out to all employees to get feedback regarding a project that will take about 5. at this point i have duplicated the survey and sent it out new each time. What is the best way to be able to compare results from the previous survey but also overall. New to qualtrics and still learning so any help would be appreciated.
I have the following question in a recent survey:The column headers are coming over as 1, 2, 3 - How do i change it to read the actual titles? Also, what is the best widget/way to show the results in a dashboard for a matrix question(s)?
