Hi, I would like to ask regarding the "gauge chart" on the widget of the dashboard in order to measure the satisfactory level and/or points when compared to set goal. For some reason, I keep on failing, which the screen reflects as "the range is restricted" and so forth. With that been said, I'm completely setting up accordingly to the previous dashboard, literally copying the setting (indicator etc), but the result doesn't appear the same. I'm guessing that the embedded data is not set up correctly, however even if I adjust the embedded data according to the previous data, it fails. I would appreciate if anyone can give me tips to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance!
Hi, the questionnaires have changed and I have copied the old dashboard for the backup. However, I accidentally deleted the dashboard. Is there any way to restore the deleted dashboard and/or the qualtrics can assist with? Thank you very much in advance!
Hi, I would like to ask regarding organizing the word cloud displayed on the dashboard when it is foreign language. As of now, it is popped up per word (eg. I, as, k, etc random word) and not a "phrase" which being ineffective and useless. Also, I have realized that you can maximize "100" words... I'm unsure if the system itself supports foreign language or counts "100" for theforeign language. Doesn't Qualtrics support and or display word cloud frequency in a foreign language (specifically Japanese)? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
