Setting up the gauge chart

Hi, I would like to ask regarding the "gauge chart" on the widget of the dashboard in order to measure the satisfactory level and/or points when compared to set goal. For some reason, I keep on failing, which the screen reflects as "the range is restricted" and so forth. With that been said, I'm completely setting up accordingly to the previous dashboard, literally copying the setting (indicator etc), but the result doesn't appear the same. I'm guessing that the embedded data is not set up correctly, however even if I adjust the embedded data according to the previous data, it fails. I would appreciate if anyone can give me tips to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance!
