Advanced personal 'default settings' for results and reports?

Hi all- please point me to the right helpfile if this is covered and I just didn't find it.I'm in the midst of converting a number of surveys and assessments to Qualtrics. There are some edits that I'm having to make on each graph in each custom results or report, and I'm wondering if there is a way to access deeper default settings to minimize the conversion work. Examples:We do lots of assessments where we look at the number of responses per multiple choice option, comparing across questions.* Being able to set the Y-axis maximum to be the same for all multiple choice questions within the report. * The default for response count graphs appears to be single-color; I then have to go back in a report and on each question manually change the colors to shades of Red-Yellow-Green (Strongly disagree to Strongly Agree) on each question.* although I've defaulted to zero decimal places, the Y axis sometimes still shows .5 marks, so I've now defaulted to just hiding the Y axis in all graphs (hi

'Generate test responses' doesn't show up on my survey?

Hi all- New user, converting surveys from another platform. We are on the EX side of the house, so the initial survey type was 'Engagement'. All our surveys are set up as anonymous, so I'm not using the participants or messages tabs.I've read several pages on generating fake data (such as: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/generating-test-responses/ This sounds like a time-saver so I can start setting up reporting.Unfortunately, that option to generate test responses doesn't show up in my tools menu (or settings). I tried with the survey active and inactive.Any suggestions on what else might impact the ability to generate test data?Thank you!

How to? Create (and show) a custom link to the results of a self-assessment

We are creating a self-serve assessment for managers. The intent is to make it fully self serve, where we just have one generic link to the assessment on our intranet page, and users can take it when they want without us having to create custom links for each user.If possible, we'd like the user to be able to come back and see their answers (or, share their answers with their team, boss, or others via a URL). I'm thinking (if this is possible) to have the assessment exit page include a dynamically created URL that the user can copy/save. Clicking the URL could just show a copy of the survey with their responses showing (but no longer editable; if they want to redo the survey at a later date, they'd use the original link again).The URL would have to be somewhat random, so folks can't just increment a counter in the URL and see someone else's results.Is this possible? And if so, how should I approach this?

Routing/branching to different (survey exit/close) feedback pages based on individual responses?

Looking for the right Qualtrics search terms to search on, or even pointers to the right part of the help files so I can start learning how to do this:We are building an assessment; depending on the individual responses from each person, we want to show them one of three different exit pages.Several questions consist of 3 answers (Good/Neutral/Bad) and the exit page they see should depend on how many of each answer they give, /and/there is one multiple choice (multi-answer allowed, none required) question; selection of any of those items should also push them to a specific exit page.I know this will include branching logic, but I'm looking to learn how to use an individual's answers to drive the branching logic. Thank you!!Edit: playing with the actual branching logic, I see where I can use individual question answers to drive logic, but part of our ruleset is that it has to be the aggregate of the answers, e.g. "at least 2 bad" or "1 bad and 2 neutral" or "3 or more neutral" might all

Best practices for logo sizing (in theme?)

Hi all-We have a company logo, which I'd like to keep in the header/theme.For this survey, we have an additional program logo that will likely be larger than the company logo, located above the first question. I gave up on putting the program logo as a graphic item within the survey itself, it wastes a lot of screen space being placed below the theme logo. When I try to create a combo image to replace the theme logo, I can't figure out how to optimize the sizing. Currently I'm just placing both images in powerpoint and saving as a combined image, based on the relative size of the two images and how far apart they might be if the logo was maximized for the width on mobile (the same size could be used for the browser version as well)So basically, I'm trying to accomplish the first picture, but ending up with the second.I welcome any suggestions on how to maximize the logo width for mobile (whether that is a setting, a change in the original picture size, or anything else!)

Applying default color pallet to graph bar selection?

Hi all; I selected and set the global custom palette to range from Red to Green. The default graph(s) look like this:I want the bars color coded; So far, I haven't learned a way to apply the Red-Yellow-Green to a response count graph by default, so I'm adjusting each bar's color on each graph manuallyBut when I click on any of those 5 red squares to adjust the color, I don't get my custom palette - I get some type of default palette and I either have to live with those color options, manually find a color that is 'close enough', or type in the hex(?) for the desired color so all graphs are the same.Am I doing something wrong? Is there any way to show the custom palette when I'm trying to change these bar colors?Or better, is there some way to set this more globally so I'm not changing each bar on each graph (on each report)?Thank you!!

Can't delete project (survey)

Hi all- new to Qualtrics; I've created some test surveys to understand how the platform works.I'm a few weeks in, and wanted to clean up my projects list. It appears I can't delete some surveys I created. I did some additional checking, and it appears I can't delete any that are of type 'Survey' but I can delete those of type 'Engagement'. Has anyone run into this before, and what is the root cause? Thank you!
