Can't delete project (survey)

Hi all- new to Qualtrics; I've created some test surveys to understand how the platform works.
I'm a few weeks in, and wanted to clean up my projects list. It appears I can't delete some surveys I created.
I did some additional checking, and it appears I can't delete any that are of type 'Survey' but I can delete those of type 'Engagement'. Has anyone run into this before, and what is the root cause?

Is your account part of organizational license? If so, this might be due to a setting controlled by the Brand Admin. Reach out to that person in your organization.
If you have an individual account, I'm not sure why this would happen, so in that case I would suggest contacting Qualtrics Support.
