Hello! Can I fix the language of a survey according to the selected country in the initial questions of the survey? I have a survey for 7 countries and it includes images with phrases on the languages of those particular countries (through branches). So, I need to make sure that the person that responds the questionnaire really understands the language of the country they selected. I can not use more branches, as the survey is already huge and that will difficult the data analysis later on. I also can not use other links to different surveys, as we are using panel respondents. Is there a code that I can implement inside the survey to force respondents to see que questionnaire in the language of the selected country and not their browser language? Thank you
Hello all, Is there a way I can register the position in which the choices (randomnized) appear to each respondent and turn it into embeded data? I have seen similar issues using java but I am not sure how to proceed. Thank you!
Hello, We have created a survey with a series of single choice question presented individually in the screen. Each question presents three choices in column. We have randomnize the alternatives of the question, but we would also like to control for those respondents always selecting the option in the left or only on the right (straighlining). Is there a way we can control for this? I know qualtrics saves later on the order in which the items were presented, is there a way to introduce them into the flow to exclude those participants who always choose the item in the right?Thank you.
Hello, We are setting a survey that controls for the Amazon ID. However, we have some filter questions and from past experiences we noticed some people tries the survey several times modifying their answers from the filter questions to remain in the survey. So, in this case, if we asked inmediately at the begining for their Amazon ID (and in each trial is has to be the same), is there a way that we can identify a person who is re-trying the survey and inmediately lead them to the exit? I tried with the Authenticator fuction but it only works for complete surveys, and people who are asked to leave the survey because they do not match the sample are not registered as complete surveys, so the authenticator function does not work. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!
Hello! I have one survey in which I have a video displayed. The video and sound of it work perfectly good. So then, I added a div in html to not allow respondents to pause or mute the video. This also meant, I had to add the autoplay option (as they wont be able to click on play). However the video now sounds with eco, like if they were 2 videos running at the same time with some seconds of difference. Does anybody know why this happends? This is the new code with the div: div style="height=40px;width=1280px;pointer-events:none;"> video autoplay="true" class="qmedia" controls="true" height="720" preload="auto" width="1280"> source src="MY VIDEO SOURCE"> embed align="middle" autoplay="false" bgcolor="white" class="qmedia" controller="true" height="720" pluginspage="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/" src="MY VIDEO SOURCE" type="video/quicktime" width="1280"></video> /div> Thank you in advance!
Hello! I have a question in which the respondent have to choose a product and then how much of it they would like to buy. I would like to add a feature in which in the moment they select the amount, they can see how much they would have to pay for it. Everything in the same page. I called the customer service but they told me that this feature requieres Java script, but I am not so good in it. Does anybody has previusly used a similar code that I could adapt to my survey? Thank you!
