Several reviewers are entering their evaluations separately into a form, and I'm building a report that would calculate and consolidate the data from the multiple reviewers' entries. I'll give them the public URL to view their summarized results so they can discuss as a team. There are some manipulations of the data that I want to show that do not seem possible within the native Report data visualizations. I can get something that comes close to what I'm needing in the Crosstabs analysis. Is there any way for me to link the crosstabs results into the Report form so that they can see the crosstabs analysis? Is it possible to get the crosstabs analysis to update automatically as folks complete the form?
Current Problem: If a person is not a contributor on the survey, they are unable to download files uploaded into the survey. So when I make a report and share it with non-contributors, they can see the links to files but when they try to click on the file link, they are unable to download. Thus, we must provide these files separately, which is less-than-ideal for many reasons. We cannot make these folks collaborators on the survey because they should not have access to the entire dataset collected in the survey.Current Solution (if applicable): Currently there isn't really a solution. I can create a live report with a filter appropriate for certain audiences. This report can automate the process of showing the most up-to-date results of all survey questions related to them (due to the filter) except that I must separately download all the items submitted via the file upload question and send those to the people separately. This takes extra effort and time and limits our ability to us
We've got a report that has already been set up but we don't like the font. If we double-click on each question title, we can get a text editing menu that includes font options. However, it looks like we're only able to change the font on a question-by-question basis, which is very time consuming. Is there any way to select all of the questions we want to edit the formatting and make the edits in bulk?
I'm making a report from my data with a star rating. Respondents have chosen 2, 3, 4, and 5 stars, but no 1-star ratings. I want to display a vertical bar char that shows the number of responses for each star rating. Unfortunately, if there were no responses showing a particular number of stars, that one just isn't showing up on the chart and in the legend at all. (i.e., my chart just shows 2, 3, 4, &5)Is there a way to force the chart to show a placeholder for 1-star and show that there just aren't any responses for that one?
