Hey all, Does anyone know what the "Text Set" gray-scale text is on the end of each of my Embedded Data fields? (see attachment) In my testing, I discovered that the fields ending in Text Set work as expected with my Display Logic while the 11 without Text Set never display. I've spent a while poking around the Survey Flow and I can't figure out how the user added the Embedded Data differently. I asked them and they didn't realize it was different. There's about 200 Embedded Data fields we're pulling in from the Contact Panel, so this isn't new for them, but I can't for the life of my figure this out. Good evening all, Backstory on this project, I had a business unit come to me and ask if I had a solution for how a customer could change their answers after viewing the Qualtrics' Response Summary page. Currently, once the Response Summary page is loaded, the back button is not just hidden, but is not loaded with the page at all. This means that creating a custom button in the footer and using the clickPreviousButton() API doesn't work. At that point, the survey responses have not been submitted yet, so the response is still in "Responses in Progress". Therefore, I cannot use a "ReTake Survey Link" without having the customer click the "Submit" button and then offering the link on the "Thank you for taking our survey..." page which I foresee being confusing for the customer. With 2 ways not to create a Qualtrics lightbulb under my belt, I believe the best way to accomplish this is to create a button and, using the same SessionId, redirect the customer to an earlier point in the surv
Hey all, I have something lengthy EmbeddedData strings, i.e. ${q://QID194%232/ChoiceTextEntryValue/1/1}, that are affecting my column sizes in Matrix Tables and I'd like to know if there's a way to shorten these strings or, at the very least, adjust the columns so they don't look so aesthetically horrid. Scenario: I have a Matrix Table with 8 statements (Plan 1 through Plan 8), first column is open text column called "Plan Name" (attachment: Benefits - Plan Name). The survey taker will input a plan name for each plan they have and these plan names carry through to multiple questions further down in the survey. For instance, the very next question is another Matrix table where the statements are these 8 strings, carrying down the responder's answer(s) as the statement(s) (Attachment: Benefits - Plan Name EmbData). Afternoon guys, I'm so frustrated with API calls and sick of trail and error to figure them out, so I thought I could start a thread as kind of a source-of-truth for API calls. I think the API documentation from Qualtrics is both great and weak at the same time. Attached are screenshots of an email I sent to Qualtrics Support a few months back after spending countless errors using trial and error, making a tiny changing, then scraping the call and using straight JS to fix the problem. I'd love to borrow some knowledge from you fine people! Hence, this post. I guess I'll start by giving some demonstrations of what I've discovered on my own and giving some questions I don't have answers to. I don't have many figured out; as I said, most of my solutions don't use these because of a lack of understanding. Good morning all! I have some longer surveys I inherited form a Brand Admin who's no longer with our organization. On one of her surveys, she has over 20 blocks and they're collapsed by default. This is only a problem when I want to Ctrl F to find a single question as the Find searched only the expanded blocks. Therefore, I go to the bottom of the page and click on each block title starting with the last one, but this also means I have to page up 3 times to complete this task and it's just an annoying 30 seconds. I checked Qualtrics Support and the Community for a solution, but didn't see one. Two questions stem from this: 1) Is there a way to expand/collapse all blocks in the Editor? & if not - 2) Does Qualtrics have a suggestion page on their website? I would love to give this as a feature suggestion to the Qualtrics devs (or upvote an existing suggestion) Thank you all for your time! Respectfully, Jeremy
