Hello, I'm currently working on documenting the best practices we follow here at Infineon for our email based programs and would like to share them with you in case you find them useful, but also to ask you what others we may not be considering and would recommend doing so :)Best,Daniel
Hello,Currently we are deploying 5 templated embedded feedback intercepts across our website, and would like to explore switching them to custom ones because the templated version doesn’t support having a different wording for the verbatim question depending on the yes/no question answer.Does anyone know if there could be a significant impact on the page and widget loading times between using the two elements? We’d like to make sure using the custom version doesn’t degrade our users’ experience when visiting the website.Thank you,Daniel
Hello, Do you know if the Update Embedded Data call can also be used to update the email address of responses, or if there is any other call I can use for this purpose? The reason why I'm asking is because we have received a requirement to anonymize the responses older than 2 years, and I'm on the understanding the only way to automatically bulk update responses data is through API call.Thank you in advance for your help!Best,Daniel
Hello,I have 2 intercepts that target the same survey build, one is configured as an Exit Intent pop up intercept and the other one as a passive Always On intercept present throughout our website. We’d like to make sure the user interacts with the survey only once per visit. I’ve been playing around with the browser cookies options and the targeting logics, but I can’t make it work.Does anybody know if what we are trying to do is actually possible? And if so, how can I configure this kind of setup? Thanks a lot in advance!Best,Daniel
Hello, Does anybody know if there is a way to monitor the number of impressions from a website intercept other than the Stats tab on my Website & App Insights project? I’d like to calculate in an automated and systematic way the equivalent of response rate for my intercepts (e.g. responses/impressions). Any idea (regardless if it is implemented inside or outside of Qualtrics) is much appreciated! Best,Daniel
Hello,We currently are running an revision on one of our surveys due to it’s low Response Rate, however, we’d also like to know if our current number is actually low in the first place when comparing ourselves vs the rest of the industry.Does anyone know if Qualtrics offers any sort of library/documentation of benchmarks so we can compare with industries similar to ours? Thanks,Daniel
Hello, We are currently working on setting up an embedded data value using Javascript for a web intercept. The thing is that we are using an in-site embedded intercept (see first image below), but we can’t find how to code the Javascript function in order to set its result to be the embedded data value (see second image and code below). Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnUnload(function() {Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.setEmbeddedData( 'q_test', "testing" )});Is it possible to set the embedded data value this way?Best,Daniel
