Hello,

Currently we are deploying 5 templated embedded feedback intercepts across our website, and would like to explore switching them to custom ones because the templated version doesn’t support having a different wording for the verbatim question depending on the yes/no question answer.

Does anyone know if there could be a significant impact on the page and widget loading times between using the two elements?

We’d like to make sure using the custom version doesn’t degrade our users’ experience when visiting the website.
