Hello,My organization recently added an intercept to one of our applications. The intercept is working fine as customers are prompted to take a satisfaction survey in-app after completing a transaction. However, the issue we're facing is that we're unable to see the name, phone number, and email of the customers in the backend, even though we receive their feedback.It's strange because we're able to see the phone number and email of some customers, while for many others, we're not able to see anything, and all the feedback comes from the app.I would appreciate any possible solutions, and I have attached screenshots of the embedded data on the intercept and survey flow for the project.
Hello,I need assistance in customizing the behavior of the ‘Next’ button on my survey. Specifically, I want the button to change to ‘Submit’ only when the respondent selects ‘SMS’ and ‘Phone call’ together, or if ‘SMS’ alone is selected. If ‘SMS’ is selected along with ‘Email’ or ‘Social media,’ I want the button to remain as ‘Next.’see the multiple option question type of my survey below.Email SmS Phone call Socail media
Hello!1. how do I change the width of a drop down multiple question type using custom CSS?2. secondly I want to be able to map a state to its unique LGA on qualtrics. For example if I have a drop-down with Country Nigeria, I should be able to see only the states unique to Nigeria.how do I achieve the two above. Please I need help
I have used HTML to design the look and feel of the survey including the forms. Now i can’t see the feedback on Qualtrics. I can only see the question i didn’t use code for.
