My organization recently added an intercept to one of our applications. The intercept is working fine as customers are prompted to take a satisfaction survey in-app after completing a transaction. However, the issue we're facing is that we're unable to see the name, phone number, and email of the customers in the backend, even though we receive their feedback.
It's strange because we're able to see the phone number and email of some customers, while for many others, we're not able to see anything, and all the feedback comes from the app.
I would appreciate any possible solutions, and I have attached screenshots of the embedded data on the intercept and survey flow for the project.
