I am asking for privacy reasons. If we have an offline survey being used out in the field to collect leads, or we are using the qualtrics app, when a user submits their data and clicks submit, is the data being stored on the device until a connection is established and then it uploads the data to the qualtrics server? I need clarity on the data storage location in "offline" mode. Anyone? Thanks very much
If I have a multiple choice question like: choose your workshop: Date | City Date | City 2 Date | City 3 Date | City 4 and upon someone selecting one of these, I want the full location address and workshop time to populate in the same window just below the selection like accordian style - so the user can see everything before selecting to continue. Im not seeing that this is possible from the frontend? Can someone confirm?
I have a dropdown asking recipient to select a date and city for a clinic. When you select one, there is display logic that previews a decriptive text question that shows the date, time, location, address, phone etc of the clinic. I want to pipe the selected answer of the dropdown that shows the display logic or descriptive text question. So the end of message reads " You are going to the clinic at: [shows the descriptive text field that was selected via the dropdown] Seems like the piped text can only pipe the selected choices from the dropdown and not the result of the selected choice. !
This is a little odd - So I sent an email that passed (via the HTML in the email - &email=[email] etc) both email and model name into a Qualtrics. The problem is that the data file that I uploaded into my ESP to send the email was messed up and the model names did not pass. So the question is can I export the data from qualtrics, fix it in excel by appending the proper models to their email addresses, and then import it back into qualtrics so that the client can analyze the data and assemble charts in Qualtrics? Thanks everyone
If I use the Prevent Ballot Box Stuffing that only prevents a user from re-taking the survey from the same machine. How can I prevent them taking the same survey from a different device?
I am going to be passing parameters from a URL into embedded data set up in survey flow. I think will pull those parameters into 4 fields setup in the survey in their own block. This is for business side needs and I do not want the public taking the survey to see the embedded data. So how can I hide the whole block from public view. Are display logic for each field the only way? Can't I just hide the block? Thanks
Hi, I have a survey and our client is sending the anonymous URL to two different people that will deploy the survey via an email. She would like to know which responses come from which responder. I see there is an easy way to append a label to the end of the survey like below (finance and dealer): https://yamahaus.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6ESbqRm6azLOjJ3?dealer https://yamahaus.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6ESbqRm6azLOjJ3?finance However, I am not seeing these labels show in the survey results. Can someone explain how I can label the two different sends so they will show up in the survey results?
