Data Gets Stored Where? When using an offline survey.
I am asking for privacy reasons. If we have an offline survey being used out in the field to collect leads, or we are using the qualtrics app, when a user submits their data and clicks submit, is the data being stored on the device until a connection is established and then it uploads the data to the qualtrics server?
I need clarity on the data storage location in "offline" mode. Anyone? Thanks very much

+4Assume you are talking about using the Offline android or iOS app right? If so they would be stored on the device as there is no internet connection.
Thank you for the answer - Correct, I am speaking of the app - is there any info on the security of this data? - Stored in the device or stored in the app itself - encrypted? If device stolen should I be concerned with PII privacy breach? Is there any documentation that exists that verifies this? We are just trying to provide clarity to our security officer for use. THanks all
