Can I get set up an email notification if someone opts out?
I have a multiple answer question with carry forward choices. When 2 or more items are checked, the respondent has to choose his/her preferred item in next question. If only 1 item is checked in the multiple answer question, the next question is skipped. How can I pre-select this item in the next question without displaying the question?
Based on answering behaviour, I have set up "Send E-Mail Tasks" via the Actions tab. The email includes the response report and shows the full question text. Since this is a multilingual survey, the response report and question text should be in the language, in which the survey was taken (English). At present, everything is in the primary language (German). Any ideas how to change this?
We have set up a matrix question. In order to make it mobile friendly, the likert scale is designed as drop-down and the scale values have been coded as numbers (1-5). After we collected some test responses, it is impossible to calculate means in Stats iQ, even by changing the variable settings. Can anyone support?
After I have assigned a ticket to another team member, it disappears from the "follow-up" overview until the ticket has been reassigned to me. Is there any chance to check what happens to these tickets in the meantime, i.e. can I activate a reminder if the ticket has not been reassigned to me after a certain period of time instead of following up on them manually?
The established design of the MaxDiff questions have the "least important" button to the left of the statement and the "most important" to the right. Now, I would like to change this design so that the answer buttons for the "most/least important" are both displayed to the right next to the statement. How do I do that?
My text entry box should allow number only, e.g. for age. How do I validate an entry of numbers only?
In my survey, the respondents are asked about a list of brands. At the beginning, they are lead through a kind of brand funnel (1. brands known/2. brands trusted/3. brands considered for purchase /4. preferred brand). Later on, I would like to display 2 of the brands and ask further questions. These 2 brands should be selected by the following rule: the first brand is always the own brand (if at least known in funnel #1, otherwise screen out). The second brand is the preferred brand (funnel #4), if not own brand. If the preferred brand already is the own brand, the program should look back at considered brands (funnel #3) and carry the second brand forward from there. But if only the own brand is considered for purchase (in funnel #3), the program should look at trusted brands (funnel #2) and carry the second brand forward from there. And if only the preferred brand is among the trusted brands (in funnel #2), the program should look at known brands (funnel #1) etc. On the other hand,
