Here is what I'd like to use a matrix table to ask an NPS question:How likely are you to recommend the following product(s) to a colleague?Product A | 0 - 10Product B | 0 - 10Product C | 0 - 10What I'm not sure about is how to get this data out into a dashboard widget(s) so Qualtrics provides the NPS score for each product in an individual widget. The reason I want to use a matrix question to ask this is I'm carrying forward the product name from a question asked early in the survey.thanks
Hello,I've successfully imported raw data that I cleaned up from a survey platform (Perceptyx) into Qualtrics. Unfortunately, I've yet to be successful importing the date each Perceptyx survey was taken. My understanding is "End date" is the correct heading to use for this data (per customer support).Example of the format of the raw data output from Perceptyx for the date the user took the survey: 10/1/2020 9:07:33 AMHere is how I have the data set up in the file to be imported:EndDateEnd Date{"ImportId":"endDate","timeZone":"America/Los_Angeles"}10/1/2020 9:07:33 AMEnd date isn't working for me and I've tried reformatting the date in a variety of ways as well. Any guidance would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
The main issue I'm facing is reducing the white space directly below the next button and Qualtrics logo. If you are using pop-up, slider or any other creative that sits on top of the screen, the user is forced to scroll to find the next button to advance to the next block of questions or I have to make a creative so large it covers half the screen to eliminate the scroll bar. In my case my slider creative is targeting a survey using the standard NPS question pairing separated into blocks. I've found info to clean up most of the white space issues except the one I'm describing here. Thanks...
