Importing date related data from another survey platform (Perceptyx)

Hello,
I've successfully imported raw data that I cleaned up from a survey platform (Perceptyx) into Qualtrics. Unfortunately, I've yet to be successful importing the date each Perceptyx survey was taken. My understanding is "End date" is the correct heading to use for this data (per customer support).
Example of the format of the raw data output from Perceptyx for the date the user took the survey: 10/1/2020 9:07:33 AM
Here is how I have the data set up in the file to be imported:
EndDate
End Date
{"ImportId":"endDate","timeZone":"America/Los_Angeles"}
10/1/2020 9:07:33 AM
End date isn't working for me and I've tried reformatting the date in a variety of ways as well. Any guidance would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
