I’m trying to determine how to pass the Response URL to a third-party system. We have an in-house system we use to distribute the survey results to various internal teams, and would like to be able to pass the Response URL so that employees will be able to see the entire response.I’ve seen the post titled “How can I pass the response ID to a third-party system?”, but it doesn’t seem to resolve this issue for me.Has anyone done this successfully?
In an effort to boost response rates for a particular survey, I need to be able to notify the customer's POC within my company that a survey invitation has been sent. Ideally, the notification should include the customer's unique survey link. That way, our staff will be able to reach out directly to their customer, asking them to complete their survey. I can't see a way to do this in Qualtrics - is it possible?
I'm building Dashboards for our Follow-up tickets, and am including the resolution time field in various charts. It seems that the resolution time is recorded in minutes, but I'd like to display it in days. I haven't found a way to do this, even with custom metrics, and am hoping someone will have a great solution!
I've searched, but haven't been able to find this question or a solution... I'm working with my UX group to launch a Persona survey. In the past, they've displayed a picture next to a question, to get customers in the right frame of mind to think about what's being asked (see "Current" example). ! In Qualtrics, the only solution I've found is to insert a "Image/Graphic" question type directly above the question(s) I want to associate with the image. This isn't quite the same experience. ! There doesn't seem to be a way to upload an image file as part of a question, or as part of a block. Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to display an image to the left of the question(s) on the page? Thanks in advance for any suggestions you have, Chris
I have a question on a product survey, asking respondents to identify up to 3 other providers they've used in the last year (see screenshot below). ! We don't want to list our competitors for our customers to choose from, but rather want them to enter the names of the competitors they've worked with. I'd like to group the responses across these fields into one field in the CX Dashboard. For example, if someone enters "ABC Company" in the first field (Company 1), and someone else lists "ABC Company" in the second field (Company 2), I want both of their responses to count against the value/label of "ABC Company". I haven't found a way to do this, and am hoping one of you will have a great solution! Thanks, Chris Lawton
We launched a survey in February, prior to adding the Distribution dataset to my Dashboard. I didn't realize the Dashboard would only pull in Distributions sent _after _the data source was added to the Dashboard. As a result, my response rate calculations are off for this survey. My response count is fine, but I need to add to the total being reported from the Distributions. I submitted a support ticket, and realize this is expected behavior, but am wondering if anyone has found a solution to getting an accurate report of response rates in this situation?
