There is already an option to only show responses from "today" I am hoping there is a way to create the advanced report so that it only show responses from the last six hours?? Any help would be great!! Thanks
Hi- I really need my advanced report to only show responses for the last 6/8 hours. The current filter allows you to select responses from today but not for any time shorter than that. I need someone to work for me to create code to achieve this.
I am using the report section and want to use the custom logic with text. Qualtrics support has told me I have to save the text as an embedded data field to achieve this end. The problem is the text loses all formatting when it displays in the report. I am wondering how I can format the text and if anyone here would like to help me? I need to add "bold" "font colour" "spaces" "new line" and "centring of text"
I am trying to add embedded data into the body of the text on a scheduled email...or in the subject line. I have tried Piped text and that does not work. I have tried setting it up in the message library but you cannot use a message from the message library in a scheduled email text. The support page online says that it is possible but I think this is out of date and this functionality does not exist any more. I am wondering if there is a coding solution to this or some other way to do this? This is the link that says it is possible but the email scheduler seems to have changed since this was uploaded. see point 10 on this link... https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/reports-module/results-section/exporting-and-sharing-results/scheduled-report-emails/
Hi! I am trying to use the "Data Time Series" option for the scheduled reports in the classic reports section. I am trying to send myself a PDF report each morning with yesterdays results- in different categories. It does not seem to be working. Does anyone know if the Data Time Series option still works...and can be used for report scheduling to send myself a results PDF each morning? Thanks!!
Can I use a quota to limit the number of responses within a time limit - for example a maximum of sixty responses each day?
I have posted the question below as I need someone to help me convert individual responses in the Survey Platform into individualised reports. The reports within Qualtrics cannot be "sent" as a pdf upon completion- as far as I can work out- so I will need integration into some third party report writing software. I am looking a free lancer on a project by project basis. On completion of each survey I want the responses to be exported to third party software. The Third Party software constructs reports in the form of a pdf on the basis of the data it receives. I understand it can come into that software as CSV data. As I understand it this may be possible by ... a) using the trigger email in some way to trigger a download from the "Data and Analysis" part of the software. (preferred option as i don't have to pay for API functionality) b) paying for an API connection and then using the trigger email or survey redirect and setting up some script that will grab the response data and exp
