Hello there!I'd like distribute the scoring points among the answer options of a single question such that the maximum possible score for that question adds up to 10. This means that, e.g., if I have 4 correct answer options, each of these options needs to get a score of 2.5. However, when I enter 2.5 in the scoring field, Qualtrics rounds this off to 2. I had assumed this was just a representation thing and only found out later that the scores are not as high as I want them to be.In addition, I then want to calculate the score of all the questions as a percentage: If I have N questions with 10 points maximum each, the overall percentage score would be S = (score)/(N*10), which I calculated in an embedded data field. Because Qualtrics rounds off the scores to integers, it now becomes impossible to reach 100% total score. My questions therefore:Is there a way to circumvent the rounding in scoring, i.e., a way to use non-integers for scoring? Is there a better way to represent overall sc
Hello there, I have the following use case in mind: In a survey, I fill embedded data fields with the percentage of correct answers for several blocks of the survey as well as a total score. In the report, I would like to display these data, ideally in the form of a histogram. However, the only option I find in the report is a "result table". Hence my questions:Do you know if it possible to create any kind of visualisation for embedded data fields?Do you know if histograms in reports are possible in any way or at least considered for development? Thanks!
Hello, are you aware of a solution of how to make the progressbar sticky, i.e., to have it always visible even when you scroll down the page? I guess it should be possible with JS?Thanks!
Hello Qualtrics community, I was wondering if there is a way to download graphics from reports with transparent background, i.e., as PNG files. Any ideas? Is this possible at all? I have not been able to find information on this. Furthermore, the option to download graphics as Word file - which might have helped - did not work for me as it always screwed up the formatting of the graphic. In addition, I was thinking about entering this as a product idea but the page for product ideas was empty: https://www.qualtrics.com/community/categories/product-ideas Have they stopped this feature? Thanks!kof
Hello, I have the following scenario: I have a survey with several questions, and after survey completion, I want to send the respondent an e-mail containing very specific, personalised content. This content depends on which answer options the respondent has selected in the different questions. Example: Let's say, I have two questions: Which option do you like better? Options: a - This option a; b - The other option bDo you use one of these? Options: c - A car; d - A bikeThe respondent should now get one message per answer option: If they selected options a, b and c, they get one text block for each of these in the e-mail. I have been able to achieve this, following this thread https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/6190#Comment_6190, by generating embedded data fields based on the selected answer options. The value of these embedded data field is the text of the message that should be shown to the respondent. I should mention, that currently, the message texts are ques
If I have a say multiple-choice question in my survey, the options of which are not text, but images (e.g., emojis) inserted via the rich content editor, is there a way to display these images in the report? That is, I would like to have a bar chart for this question, where x-axis labels are basically the images used as answer options in the question. I have not found if this is currently possible or if I have to create the report, then add the images to the report graphic by hand.
