We have a year long survey for student electives. Each student will have multiple entries in the directory list with the only unique field being the "Course ID" (because students can take ~20 electives over time). We used to use a Contact List Trigger to unsubscribe that one record of the student once they completed an evaluation based on the unique Course ID which is an Embedded data field. This would stop getting them from getting reminders for any electives they completed but will still allow them for the other courses not yet completed. Now that triggers is going away I don’t know how to replicate this process.Any ideas?
Good afternoon,I'm trying to help my faculty affairs team create a form that faculty fill out first, then it goes to their department chair for review and comment, and finally goes back to them for final signature (after they've met).I set up a workflow with the retake link to go to the department chair and that is working. What I don't know how to do is to send it back to the faculty member for signature?I'd appreciate any suggestions.Thank you, Stephanie
Hi All! I'm trying to build a weekly session evaluation for a subset of students. The idea being after a session is complete, you go in and evaluate it while it's still fresh in your mind. Tomorrow when you have a new session you do the same. Ideally I only want to build one survey for the week, have them enter, come back with their progress saved to choose the next one (or maybe they'd like to update an old one). I don't want to email them every day so what type of link do I start with (anonymous, individual, multiple complete)? And then how/where do I build the retake link so they know how to access for the rest of the week-possibly in an email trigger? If you have experience doing this I'd love to hear from you!
Each of our basic science blocks has a minimum of 35 instructors (some up to 70). Currently we send out 2 evaluations per block - one at the mid-point covering faculty who finished teaching through that day and one at the end for the remaining faculty. We allow our students to choose who they evaluate but have quotas so everyone gets evaluated. This is tough because even though we provide photos and the names of the sessions some faculty may not have taught a session for a couple of weeks before students are prompted to give feedback and with so many instructors it is difficult for students to remember and give valuable feedback. I am trying to figure out a better solution. I would love to hear what others are doing. Right now I'm testing an option. I would like to have one survey and go in weekly to add faculty who finished teaching that week. I plan to use a multiple completes link. The issue I'm running into is when I test it all of the faculty still show up in the list ev
