Multiple people completing the same survey - is there a way to send it back to the original taker?

Good afternoon,
I'm trying to help my faculty affairs team create a form that faculty fill out first, then it goes to their department chair for review and comment, and finally goes back to them for final signature (after they've met).
I set up a workflow with the retake link to go to the department chair and that is working.
What I don't know how to do is to send it back to the faculty member for signature?
I'd appreciate any suggestions.

If you have a specific question that department chair is filling create the same retake link workflow. But run it on the condition that specific question is filled. Use the first embedded data to send out to faculty.

Deepak thank you for the response. I must be doing it incorrectly since it's my first time trying workflows out. If you have time and wouldn't mind giving me suggestions on my workflow I would be super grateful.
