This is so cool. I'm glad even more people will get to experience X4!
@TomG That's awesome to be wrong about. Thanks so much!
I could be wrong, but I believe the cost varies depending on your type of license (aka how many responses, etc.) It's a super easy question for your Account Exec to answer, though! And I'm sure you could see a really cool demo if you did ask. If my answer helped you, I'd be grateful if you marked it as accepted!
The conjoint surveys are an additional 'module' of sorts and you need to have a project purchased to be able to access them. If you're asking how to start that, you'll need to have your Brand Admin purchase at least 1 conjoint project from your Account Exec, then you'll be able to access the feature and start your survey design.
@MsIreen Thanks very much! I thought that was the way but wanted to make sure before I started doing anything crazy.
Sure thing! I'll shoot you a direct message with my email. 😀
I'm not sure what your use case is, but I'd suggest looking into text topics instead of trying to display all 350 responses. I know that sometimes the end users of the reports think they want to see every single verbatim but I try to encourage them to focus on the aggregate instead and pick out some interesting things for them to see. The aggregate can help inform actionable insights instead. Hope that's helpful!
I would LOVE this but when I contacted support a few months ago about the same topic, they said it's not possible to change.
My suggestion would be to use survey logic and embedded data to accomplish this. Using branching logic, I'd assign a value to an Embedded data variable (say something like "Inattentive" set to "True") the first time they miss an attention check. Then for each additional attention check, if they get the answer wrong AND Inattentive = True, end the survey with a termination. (If they get the answer wrong and Inattentive Is Empty, then set Inattentive to True). I hope that's clear but if not, feel free to reach out.
I think the best thing about Qualtrics is how much they walk the talk. They preach and practice experience. I know that no matter what, they've got my back and I'm always telling friends and colleagues how much I can rely on them. They are for sure a partner I can count on. They have some of the best people in the business working for them and they focus on what's important. They talk about turning customers into fanatics? Well, I'm definitely a fanatic. I've done two implementations at two companies that I've worked for and if I ever switch companies to one that doesn't have Qualtrics, I'll be doing a third.
Hello, all! I'm Jennifer and I just started a new position focusing on Customer Experience & Insights at Gogo Business Aviation, where we focus on providing inflight connectivity to private aircraft. You may know our other business unit, Gogo Commercial Aviation, if you've ever connected to wifi while flying commercial. I've been using Qualtrics for about as long as this community has existed, so I'm glad to have finally found it! I had a blast at X4 this year and hope to go again. I was so happy to pass the Research Core Expert exam there! Recently, I've been cutting my teeth on starting the process to get Qualtrics integrated with Salesforce and Marketo. I have a vision of what will be in the near future and I'm stoked to start provide the business with rich insights. Looking forward to learning from all of you!
