Hi carolyn65 ,Thank you for your answer. Piped text worked.I clicked 'Click here to edit items..' and then I clicked on the 'rich content editor' button next to the popup box. I added piped text entries related to the order in this box. (such as ${q://QID27/ChoiceTextEntryValue/1} and ${q://QID27/ChoiceTextEntryValue/2})Now I can see all manual entries inside of my drop down list.I'm sincerely grateful for your help.
I solved the problem by selecting 'Default choices' at left side of the menu bar.
Hi Rondev,Thank you for your prompt answer. I can briefly summarize it as follows without bogging you into the details.Survey will consist of six sections. Participants have to participate in the survey on a daily basis and they have to fill all the parts. The data entered for the first three sections of the survey rarely varies. Sometimes responses are same for a few months. My aim is to record the answers they gave for these three sections without tiring the participants and to save time for them. Thus, if there is no change in the first three sections, the participant will directly fill in the other parts and complete the survey. All I need is to save the answers given in the past and change them if needed without wasting time. I've been searching for a long time but couldn't find any solution. It would be great if Qualtrics had such a feature. If not, no problem. Thanks once again for your answer and support.

Could you please explain in detail? How can I find block-level?Edit: It's alright. I just fixed it now. Thanks a lot.
Hi rondev ,I did exactly what you said and I can see the dates in the list. But in my case, a validation is required where the end date must be greater than the start date. But when I do it as you say, I run into a more complex problem. Can you please help me by looking at this link? Thanks a lot.Akif
Hi uhrxx005 , thanks a lot for your answer. It helped me a lot.I'm also trying to prepare a question in a format similar to this. There is one text entry and two drop down lists for the dates. Do you have a code where I can put dates in drop down lists (from 1950 to 2021 and end year should be greater than start year)? I tried this solution but it didn't work for me. Thanks a lot.

Hi Ahmed,Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Now I can see all the dates in dropdown list.I would be very grateful if you could help me with one last thing. You previously mentioned about validation check.https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/39190#Comment_39190When I activate Add validation switch on the left menu bar, Custom Validation window appears. And when I click Select Choice dozens of dates appear from 1950 to 2021 (as in the picture below). How can I add an additional validation to check that end year is greater than start year?
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/39190#Comment_39190Hi Ahmed,Thank you very much for your answer. I chose dropdown for the second and third parts (for the dates) and it looks perfect but as you can see in the picture below, I couldn't change the answers. There are just Answer 1 and Answer 2. How can I add years to the dropdown list (from 1950 to 2021)?
