Ok, I just looked again, and I don't have any elements between the blocks, but there is display logic within the first block. Would that be why the back button wouldn't appear in the second block?
I understand that. What I'm saying is that there is absolutely nothing in between the survey question block and the submit survey block. And I've looked and we have none of those above things in the survey. So I can't figure out why it's not working.
Hi @salma2019. In your closed survey, you should be able to go to the Data & Analysis tab, click "Tools", "Choose Columns", "Survey Metadata", and then "User Language". I believe if you export the raw data the User Language will download as well. To get it in the dashboard, you just need to map it as a "Text Set", and then you can use it as a filter.
Hi, Ana. Yes, once I input all the items and added to my widget they did come through correctly. I guess I should have done the whole thing from the start before I posted! Thanks!
So I figured out what I was missing from the metric to make it a whole number. However, I can't figure out how to do the positive/negative part.
Thanks, Tom! That worked. I didn't even think about checking that button. Now for my second question. So I just learned that the client we're setting up this question for wants the overall total to be 32, not 32 for each column. Is that possible using javascript? We'd want anything checked within column one to be assigned a "1", and anything checked within column 2 to be assigned a "2", and anything checked within column 3 to be assigned a "3".
I did reach out to Support just in case I was missing something, and here's what I was told: I have studied your questions with my team, and after much deliberation, we can confirm that what your trying to achieve is a limitation of the question type Pick, Group, and Rank. The widget should be able to base responses out of the total responses as shown in Reports-Reports, but the way that the question type gathers and organizes the data makes it not possible on Vocalize. They did pass this along as a suggestion for a feature request. Fingers crossed!
Thanks Steven. This is exactly what I did, but it still has base (or denominator) as those who ranked each item instead of the total responding. I'm guessing it's just how the pick, group, and rank questions work, at least when you only have them rank a few out of the full list. Interestingly, when I look at "Reports" it matches how we calculate it offline, so not sure why it can't happen in Vocalize.
Thank you Shashi! That worked perfectly!
Thank you, that worked!
