Hey, Here is the response from Qualtrics I received today about the issue. I thought it could be useful for all to share it there (with there kind authorization): "This message is most likely to appear due to a session timeout, after a user has been working on a particular page for a while. This could have happened if you had been working in the survey flow for a while, without clicking Save Flow every so often. The exact reason why this session timeout happens on the back-end is unfortunately outside the scope of our support.Moving forward, to avoid this from happening, I recommend saving your survey flow work every 15-20 minutes or so, just to be safe. Copying the URL and opening the survey flow in a separate browser or incognito window should also enable you to save your progress. If this continues to happen before 15-20 minute intervals, please don't hesitate to contact us so we may investigate further. "Hope it helps!
I have just no idea; have you tried to reduce it ? Did it save automatically since the last four days or you got disconnected your qualtrics account and started all over again ?
I have 4 treatments; but indeed, more than 100 embedded data (don't know whether you count this as big or small)
I get the same error but my survey is not long....any update? how did you resolve it? thanks
I see many thanks, it helped a lot! succeeded! PS: I saw that TSV format instead of CSV format export is very nice when you have big data too
Wow many thanks! this is a certainly a help much more than $.02! with your attached file, I can learn quicker. I was going to go with JS etc but now I will go only with the math operation, this is much simpler indeed ! Thanks!
No worries, many thanks for you previous very helpful answer!!
I see, thanks a lot !!
Many thanks this is very useful ! I did not know Rybonn; I just checked, this will work perfectly! So Z-tree is great for designing experiments which involves interaction between agents (as in game theory: If "I do this" then "you do that"). But it is unnecessary complex for non-interactive experiments, for instance just a single-agent game. Any chance you would some JS on Qualtrics? I am just starting on Js on Qualtrics and I have a very simple question I think for any expert: https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/7772/javascript-point-counter#latest Thank you very much!!
Thank you very much, Shashi!, very interesting!
Many thanks for your feedbacks Kate! It will be a presentation in a seminar gathering academics working in economics and humanities: some will be familiar with empirical background others with theoretical background.
