Hi community, I am hopelessly new in Qualtric and need your help. I need to create a information page summing up some of your previous answers. Some answers are meaningless to include, whereas others are needed. So I would like a syntax saying:IF Q15 >0 then display "Ungdom 349,- = ${q://QID5/ChoiceGroup/SelectedChoices}"IF Q15= 0 then hide "Ungdom 349,- = ${q://QID5/ChoiceGroup/SelectedChoices}" Best,Lise
Hello community!I have come across a road block in a survey design that baffles me. I have a Matrix Table set up with two scale points and five statements. The five statements are mutually exclusive, meaning if a respondent selects one statement, the others cannot be selected. The respondent should select one statement for each scale point. The business user has requested that I made this question mandatory. The image below shows the design. When the survey is launched, even if the respondent selects one statement for each scale point, an error is thrown saying no selection was made. The image below shows this -I am at a loss as at this behavior. Any insight anyone can provide on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Good morning, If I delete emails from a contact list that was originally used to send out survey links, can I then resend another link to that same survey? Will it bounce back as a duplicate? Will they be able to successfully access the new link?Best....Kim
Hi everyone! I am currently trying to use the skip logic function that states that if the participant types the three requested words correctly, the survey will skip to the next question; however, if they type even one word incorrectly, the same question will repeat (up to 6 times). I tried using the skip logic function, but do not think I am using it correctly, as the question currently skips to the next if at least one of the words is correct (but I want to make it so that they all have to be typed correctly!) If anyone has an ideas, it would be much appreciated!
Hi,I am wondering if there is Javascript to display how many remaining characters are left in the character validation of an open-end/write in box so the respondent see that before getting stopped by an error message. Like twitter where it will tell you how many characters remain 0/250.. Thanks!
Hi all,I am currently working on a customer project and checking best practices for survey templates. A very important aspect is the Look and Feel section, i.e. the customer would like to maintain all Look and Feel specific aspects in one central template and all surveys "inherit" this configuration from this template. I checked the survey library and as far as I can see, if I copy a survey to the library the look and feel settings are also part of this template then. However, I have no possibility to edit the theme of a library survey. Is there a trick to achieve this?Another feature they ask for is the possibility to edit the Look and Feel somewhere centrally and being able to publish the updates to all dependent surveys. Is there a common best practice to achieve this functionality? Or is it only possible to update the template, but all surveys that were created based on this template have to be updated manually? Thanks a lot for your support! Regards,Jakob
Hi, I am looking for a way to take an embedded data field that contains an email address ie "john . doe @ abc.com" and replace the @abc.com with @xyz and write that back to the same embedded data field. Can this be done with JS in the survey? Any idea how?*didnt mean to put this question in 'Best Practices" Please move if needed.
Hi all,I want to insert a 'letter' within my survey. This letter may be created in google form & the form will be displayed in the survey (using iframe, I suppose). I want my respondents to sign the letter by typing their name in a text box in that form. Basically I wrote my letter that respondents will read & I inserted a required text box below. (Please refer to the attached photo) In the Qualtrics survey, I only want to record if they were able to hit the submit button successfully. That is, I want to record a dummy variable that switches from 0 to 1 if the following is displayed- I don't want to record their identifying information in Qualtrics. I'm using Core XM through my university, & I have no background in JS, but I'm good at following instructions. Please help! (I hope my question is clear, please let me know if I should explain better). Thanks
images with 20 second intervals in between, can anybody advise how I can do this please?Thank you
