Hello Experts,Can someone let me know how the error in the attached screenshot can be resolved, I have already checked the support page "https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-checker/common-user-mistakes/?utm_medium=ExpertReview&utm_source=product&utm_campaign=DescriptiveTextLastElement&utm_content=#DescriptiveTextLastElement" , but according to this I would need to remove the Closing Message block completely and this cannot be done as the message needs to be displayed before the respondent clicks on the Submit button to submit the survey response or go back to make changes which cannot be achieved using the "End of Survey" block. Also as I am using a Randomizer in the survey flow to display 3 blocks randomly, I cannot put this text in one of these blocks. Please suggest what can be done to improve on this message. Regards,Manjista
Hi I am trying to include a customized end of survey message and also capture additional information. I have two questions:1. Editing the content – new words added to the end of survey section, but struggling to re-edit and understand how we ask respondents to volunteer new information (such as volunteering to be interviewed at the next stage of the research).See https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-options/survey-termination/. Is it solved by adding another question - is this correct? 2 – Capturing new data and names for the raffle / prize – the standard Qualtrics support articles seem to rely on creating another survey and questions. To be honest, this looks a bit complicated. Do I have to create another 'second' survey (added to our primary core one) where the respondent needs to say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ the question – do you want to be part of a raffle? https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/creating-an-anonymized-r
Hi Qualtrics Community, I have a matrix question with 4 statements, and 7 scale points from Extremely agree to Extremely disagree. Statements Extremely agree Moderately agree Slightly agree Neither agree nor disagree Slightly disagree Moderately disagree Extremely disagree Statement1 Statement2 Statement3 Statement4 Only those responders who respond Extremely agree and Moderately agree to the fourth statement, I want them to see another question Q2. I thought of using Carry Forward, but it's not working. How should I go about? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks, Ank
Hi, I have an anonymized survey distributed by email with the Qualtrics platform. Initially the "1 month" duration option was selected, after which every incomplete survey began to be saved in the database. However, I would like people to still be able to complete these surveys, since we still haven´t reached the ideal sample number. I realise there is a "retake survey link" option. However, I don't understand how this can be used, since I don't know who in the contact list corresponds to these incomplete surveys. Is this possible to achieve? Thank you
We are considering several options for the duration of the field work for the CX surveys and would like to know how the response rates look on average on days 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The main question is, Is the volume of data collected within the first 3 days of the field work is substantially different from the 5-day period? Thanks for sharing your feedback!
We are a new customer from germany and unfortunately we have complaints regarding the generation of reports. On the one hand, the quality when exporting single charts is not satisfactory. In addition, the standard reporting has different functions than the advanced reporting. In our understanding, advanced reporting should complement the standard reporting and not have less or different features. For example, the design options of a pie chart are much more extensive in standard reporting than in advanced reporting (labeling, thickness of the circle, ...) The opposite is true for breakdown bars. Here, the options in advanced reporting are more detailed (height of the bar,...). And please add a return button! Please change this if possible. Since we want to create many reports, this is otherwise very tedious.
