Hi everyone! I have a use case for the following customer satisfaction survey: * I have a matrixed question for customers to rank their satisfaction on 5 different items. (scale 0-10) * For items that have been rated 4 or less (dissatisfed), I'd like to display a follow-up question to probe deeper. I've created some display logic to do so, and it works so far. * Here's the kicker: For the sake of brevity, I don't want to ask 5 different follow-up questions on all 5 items. (For example, if a respondent rates all 5 items as 4 or less, the survey would display all 5 follow-up questions. This would make the survey too long). I would like to cap the number of follow-up questions to 1 or 2 at most. Does anyone know how to do this? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Does anyone know of a way to attach information to survey responses (which show in the back-end recorded survey responses) from a contact list where the survey itself does not include the information from that contact list? I work at an education organization and want to attach our internal school IDs to school names selected from a survey in the end survey results, but do not want our survey takers to see the IDs in the actual survey (which would not make sense to them). Survey takers log-in to the survey by selecting the school they work at and then answering several questions about their school. Attaching school ID to survey results would help us connect finished survey responses to other data sources much easier. Has anyone found any workarounds in this area? Are there any methods that are similar that could get at this issue?
I want to add a Comment Box to a question so that respondents can add a comment to go along with their response selection.
I want to insert an email link to the survey. It works and appear correctly on the "test" version, but doesn't show at all on the live version of the survey.
