We write integration at the university level and would like to supply these integrations in a more general sense. We don't want to have to make users generate tokens and manage them. We're looking to have a master API key that isn't tied to a specific person, but rather to the site account.
I would like to send email addresses to a third party using API. Rybbon (an online incentive company) currently works with Qualtrics and is able to send incentives after the completion of a survey. From my understanding at the end of the survey, respondents get a link that directs them to the Rybbon website where they can choose which gift card they would like. What I would like to do is have respondents go to a page/question that says “choose your gift card”, after making their choice they’d hit “next” and be taken to a next page/question that asked for their email address. Once they give their email address I would like to be able to send this information (the email address and gift card selection) to Rybbon without forcing the respondent to leave Qualtrics. We want them to be able to continue on and answer the survey uninterrupted. Instead of being sent to Rybbon we would have a “question” that said thank you, your gift card will be sent to you shortly/soon (or something along thos
Hello, In a survey I build in a form like the below screenshot: ! On the field Zipcode I added a validation on Postalcode. If a wrong code is given, a message appears. But I also want to have a different background-color. How can I set this background-color to a bit of red? Thanks in advance.
I’m fairly new to Qualtric and seeking some advice. I have a side-by-side question with 3 statements (home, friends, pub) with 1 col with 6 responses (never to everyday). I want to ‘pipe’ the response (never to everyday) to the statement into the next question. Eg, In the side-by-side question (Q1), if a person selects ‘everyday’ (response) for the first statement, which is ‘at home’, the next question is: (Q2) Thinking about a usual drinking occasion when you are drinking {‘everyday’} at home, how much would you usually drink? My problem is I can’t seem to work out how to pipe in the column ‘response’ into Q2. When I go to Q2, I click on ‘Piped Text…’, then ‘Survey Question’, then my Q1, and all the options are based on the statements, and I can’t figure out how to pipe the response. Do I need to build my own code for something like this? For example, if I selected ‘every day – selected choices’ from the list available under Q1 (via piped text… menu), all the statements a
I need to know what security measures are in place on Qualtrics for purposes of submitting an IRB application. We are using Qualtrics as our survey distribution platform that will be accessible to our research participants. This is my first time using Qualtrics as a survey administrator and I cannot find information on the answers to these questions and I'm hoping that the community can help me. These are the questions: 1. Does the software provide a record that captures that a respondent has consented to the survey before survey initiation? [The software being Qualtrics.] 2. Are there controls in place to prevent a respondent from accidentally entering survey data via the http protocol instead of the https protocol (i.e., does the server display an error message or automatically re-route the respondent to an https page)? 3. Does the survey tool use https encryption? 4. Is the respondent’s IP address masked for the researcher? Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated!!
