How to remind the respondents at the "end of survey" the number of question he did not answer and take him back to that question or block.
Hi There, I'd like to disable the default language-selection drop down and have a landing page instead where the respondent can choose their language (e.g. three button-boxes with welcome message for each language). The survey structure would all be the same, just the language would be different. The online help showed how we could specify the survey language through the evite itself. But we'd like to give the respondent the option to choose for themselves. Would something like Table of Contents work? Any ideas? Thanks, Derek
I would like to check if I am able to display the Respondent's Name's / Contact No. or Response ID. to be displayed upon form completion as a form of acknowledgement? This is to ensure fairness and no duplicates of survey entries, especially if it is tied to a raffle chance.
I have tried multiple times to upload a contact list. Each time I get the following error message (see below). As far as I can tell there is nothing wrong with the emails in the list--there are no leading or trailing spaces and the heading is just "Email". Has anyone else run into this before? Does anyone have troubleshooting suggestions? !
Hi guys, I am not really familiar with the Website App yet, but I was asked if it is possible to capture Username/Email (which is same in our case) information of the respondents in the embedded data? We want to launch the survey on a site that require logging in and it would be weird to ask people first to login and then ask for their username or email..
I am creating an anonymous survey and I would like to give the first 100 respondents compensation in the form of an electronic gift certificate. I have the 100 unique gift certificate codes. Is there a way to do this without breaking anonymity? I have read about Tango cards and raffles but these functions do not seem to fit my situation.
Where can I find more information re: Ticket Owner Action Survey,
I am giving each participant multiple choices, in a randomized order. In the next page, I want to show them the same choices in the exact same order as it was presented to them in the previous page. I can do that by using the piped text option. However, the problem is that the piped text option presents choices one after another in a single line, rather than each in a separate line. I mean the options are presented like A, B, C, D rather than: A B C D Can anyone help me on how to present the options like the latter and in the same order as they are first presented to the participants? Thanks!
I've just completed clustering in Stats IQ and now I need to export a list of all individual respondents and which cluster they belong to. I've created a variable for the clusters but can't add it as a column in the "Data" tab under Stats IQ for exporting. I also tried seeing whether I can import "contact list" (where we have the email address and unique user ID of each of the survey respondents) into the "Analysis" tab of Stats IQ (so I can use "Describe" to map the Cluster variable against User ID and then export that), but I don't think it's possible to do that. Does anyone have any ideas? Again, my aim is to export a csv of all User IDs for all my respondents, as well as which Cluster they belong to from my analysis.
