I have created an action with the condition "if My department XX is selectedsend an email to employee@email.com.My question is, how can I schedule the email to go out daily? The only choices are When: (1) immediately or (2) send after.Suggestions?Thank you
I click "Back Button. Enable respondents to change their responses." in the survey option tab in my survey. One respondent reported, "I tried the back button, it kick me out of the survey, had to go back into email which sent me to where I left off, but not allowing me to go back and amend an answer."How to fix this problem. I want a “back” button in the survey that allows going back to a previous question. Is this possible?
I have a metric that I want to show trended over the years. At a certain point it goes from being recorded yearly to quarterly. Is there a way to make the line chart trend by Year and then change to Quarter starting in 2019? Ideally the timeline would look like this. 2016 - 2017 - 2018 - 2019.1 - 2019.2 etc. I cannot make the entire chart quarterly and hide blank quarters, because previously the survey would be sent out the middle of a quarter change (example: responses recorded 6/30/17 and 7/1/17 should be reported together as 2017 but if I switch to quarters they would be separate)
Hello.Under Report, then Results, when we set up a filter, how can we use a 'OR' condition? i.e. Like is not empty OR Dislike is not emptyThank you very much!
Earlier in my survey I capture prolific participant IDs, and I already know which of those were in a previous study's control and intervention group.I want to selectively display a question ONLY to the IDs of those participants in the intervention group from the prior study. However, it looks like I might need to add a new row for every single value I want the question to be displayed for (see attached screenshot)Is it possible to paste in comma-separated IDs so that the condition is Embedded data = prolific ID = contains value1, or value 2, or value 3, or value 4 etc etc? Thanks!
Hi,In our survey, we have 3 branches based on the frequency of the usage of a product (Never, a few times, and frequent). In the "a few times" and "never" branch, there is a text set question "do you wish to receive more info on how to use the product?". So the same question phrase occurs in both branches, but they are two different "questions" technically (so QID5 and QID10 let's say).(yes, we should have put that question into a block, and repeated the same block in both branches, but the survey is already done)Likewise in the "a few times" and "frequent" branches, there is a multi-answer question "what type of data are you looking for in the product"? that was asked in two different QID's.How can we combine such questions for use in the dashboard? A Measure Group doesn't work as they are not numeric. We want to have a widget that shows a breakout of the "what type of data are you looking for in the product" by the usage Frequency. (so to see that people looking for Data_A are mostly f
Hello everyone, I am designing a survey for my thesis project. For my survey, the answer to a question is referred to at a later point in the survey. So for eg my first question is "What is your favourite colour" and the participant's respond "XYZ". Then a couple of questions later, I want them to think BACK to that response and give me another rating. So for example I want their answer to show up on another block like "name 8 things that are XYZ" where XYZ is the answer from the previous block. Is there a way to do that? Any help would be much appreciated!!
We have an ongoing survey that has had many changes over the years. There are 2 matrix tables and both have the majority of their statements now hidden from respondents, but we keep the old statements in the survey to retain the historical data. To improve survey design we want to combine the statements that are still shown to respondents so they are in one matrix table. I am wondering what the most efficient way to migrate these statements would be. We need to add the statements and also move the historical data into the new field because it will be trended on the dashboard. What I am thinking right now: add the statements from 1 table into the other as new fields and then manually move the data from those statements to the new fields. I would filter the data by scale point -> select all responses -> add that scale point into the new field -> repeat for each scale point (9 point scale) -> delete the old statement from the matrixNot too difficult but manual and annoying. Are there any
