How to edit an action task to send an email "daily"

I have created an action with the condition "if My department XX is selected
send an email to employee@email.com.
My question is, how can I schedule the email to go out daily?
The only choices are When: (1) immediately or (2) send after.
Suggestions?

I don't think that is possible. Since the survey response acts like a trigger the timing has to be based on the time of that response. You should submit this as a product idea!

If you are trying to email responses on a schedule as opposed to based on when the survey comes in, I would recommend one of these approaches rather than the actions. The first only applies if you have CX Dashboards.

In all of these options recurring frequency is weekly or monthly. I don't see any daily option. Any suggestions?
One alternative I see to create 7 schedules with weekly frequency (one for each day), But that's not a nice solution.

In general when you see the weekly or monthly option and want daily, select weekly, then you have the option to select multiple days.
