Hi Qualtrics users!I've searched for an answer on this but I'm not able to find anything so I'm hoping someone can help me.I want to edit an existing dashboard that was setup by another user. The dashboard was shared to me but I don't have the usual edit options.That user has since left our organisation and their account was downgraded to a ticket user.I'm set as a the brand admin so I hoped I would be able to edit is but I can't work out how to give myself the permission to do so!Help!
Hi Qualtrics users!I've recently taken over the running of Qualtrics in my organisation and I've noticed something strange that I hope someone can help me withWhen a customer replies to our survey, they get a thank you email. Nothing strange there I hear you thinkThe strange thing is I can't figure out where in the survey flow it's set to send !There are no thank you emails set to send in the survey termination panelThere are no thank you emails set up in the distribution section.So I'm kind of at a loss as to where this rule to send Thank you emails could be set...Anyone got any ideas??!
Hi Qualtrics users!I'm hitting a brick wall and I'm hoping I can some advice.What I'm trying to achieve is as follows:My company runs an annual NPS/relationship survey with our customer baseThe directory holds around 6000 individual customer records of those customers who will take part each year in the NPS survey.Each customer directory records holds lots of embedded data fields, including who their internal contract manager is at our company (name/email address, job title).What I want to do is when the invites are sent and a individual customer responds and completes the survey I want that individual customers survey response (including the PDF copy) sending automatically to the internal contract manager at my company.Now of course each customer contact may have a different internal contract manager…I’m really hoping there is a simple way to do this, and maybe there is!I can see how alerts can be set up based on survey response but I’m really struggling to make the connection of how

I’ve searched the topics and my question doesn’t come up.I’m also quite new to all this so please go easy on me 😊I have recently taken on the responsibly for insight/survey distribution for my company which is a reasonably ‘new’ thing for me so I’m working with processes and techniques that have been passed to me… I’m very much open to doing things in a smarter way if there is a smarter way to do them !The full directory of contacts (around 7000) is in a List within the directory. The survey process my company uses is a once a year annual NPS/relationship to each of the contacts. The process is spread out across the quarters but it isn’t a fixed event as someone who was surveyed last year might not be the right contact this year (i.e if the original contact has left, or the business has been lost all together)The issues are we don’t yet have any type of CRM that links Qualtrics to the customer data, so essentia
