I received a communication from Qualtrics that I need to share with users regarding the legacy single response report that needs to be migrated to use the new single response report solution. In the email 2 options are given on how to switch to the new solution. Here is the wording of the two options: Create an email task via Workflows and enable the “Include Response Report” option. This will automatically include a response report link in your email.Use an embedded data field in your email task to pipe in the new single response report URL. The format of the piped text is #2 is incomplete in the email. It says "The format of the piped text is" and it ends there. It doesn't show the format of the piped text that I can share with users.
I am a Brand Admin (Yes, I am a member of the Brand Admin Community group but no permission to ask a question!) I've had a question from one of our users regarding the SSO Authenticator. This article https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/advanced-elements/authenticator/sso-authenticator indicates that the user needs to: contact your IT department to obtain information on your SSO authenticator setup. What information does Qualtrics need so that I can share with my user or look into it for them?
Thought I would pose my question here hoping someone might know. I've been trying unsuccessfully to get an answer to this from QualtricsSupport for a while now. Does Qualtrics have any rules about how long an account and/or its data is stored? For example can someone not use and/or log into their account for 10 years say and expect the account/data to still exist?Thank you!
Someone said the survey timed out after 5 minutes. I have not been able to replicate this issue, but the committee is concerned people won’t have enough time to fill in the answers. The committee want people to be able to “save” the answers and come back to them. The survey is set to automatically save, but the concern is that there’s no “save draft” button to make it obvious to users than can leave and come back.
I have a very simple survey but need a little advice on the "flow"/"design". I want a question to pop up only if the previous question was answer a certain way. The question to pop up is the same for each survey question. So, each question is about a task. For these tasks check all that apply : a, b, etc. Then the pop up question pops up depending on how they answered. Should I use a display logic or have a survey flow? I'm not really sure the best way to do it
