I've had a question from one of our users regarding the SSO Authenticator. This article https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/advanced-elements/authenticator/sso-authenticator indicates that the user needs to: contact your IT department to obtain information on your SSO authenticator setup.
What information does Qualtrics need so that I can share with my user or look into it for them?
