Seems simple but I cannot see how I can export the individual comments captured under a topic created in Text IQ. Guidance appreciated. Also I did not see how to use wildcards in text IQ. E.g. does this work (work* or employ* or "good employ*"). Which brings me to the question of if there is a broader set of syntax tips than is provided in the tool. Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.Greg
We are looking to build dashboards that provide insights into respondent interactions with our intercepts. Additionally we would like to be able to analyze our intercept activity in combination with other site behavior. (E.g. How many people get both our survey invite and a pop-up for something else). We are thinking of firing Adobe analytics tags using creative event tagging via Javascript. Hopefully we can then build Tableau dashboards using this data.Curious if others have successfully implemented Adobe tags in this way or if you have come up with other ways to efficiently capture, analyze and report on intercept behavior.
As my question illustrates, I am a RegEx beginner. I am trying to set up a survey alert that triggers based on the presence of an exact text string, not the individual words. So in other words 'lower prices' but not just 'lower' or just 'prices'. Seems straight forward but my stab using the syntax below does not work. Thanks in advance for your assistance /(\\ |^)(lower prices|need more staff)(\\ |[[:punct:]]|$)/
I want to be able to import edited response data back into an ongoing site sat survey. My understanding is that importing does not overwrite existing data but instead creates duplicate records which is a problem. Another solution suggested by support was to import all editing data into a new survey but in doing so all date fields would be changed to the import date which is not an option. The field being updated is an embedded data field created to derive 'device family' E.g. (phone, tablet, desktop, etc.) Anyone come up with a solution to this? Greg
I want to execute a survey after a visitor is done browsing a page. I cannot use referring url because there are 600 pages in my survey group that don't share a common url string. I am in the process of reviewing the configuration options including time delay, etc. I would love to hear best practices for collecting this type of feedback.
