I'm looking for a way to automate survey distributions from a contact list over time (i.e. monthly). I have manually scheduled distributions using separate contact lists in the past; however I'm looking to upload a list and automate the distributions from that list. Based on my research I have found that there is no way to automate survey distributions from a contact list without using XM Directory. Can some one confirm this for me?
I launched my organization's first relational NPS survey to a random sample using an inline question. The survey is short, however, so far I am noticing around a 25% drop off rate. Most of the respondents drop off after the first question which happens to be the first question and the inline question. Is a 25% drop off rate high or is this within a normal range of what I should expect?
My organization is taking steps to launch its first NPS Survey. The first step will be to launch a relational NPS survey, however we have also traditionally had an annual CSAT survey. Do you have any best practices to share or resources that are helpful in determining whether the two surveys should be combined or stay separate?
I am looking to email my contact list prior to distributing a survey. I want to see which emails addresses bounce prior to distributing my survey. I exported the Email history but I did not see a column which shows bounce status.
