Can I export a list of bounced email addresses if I am sending an email to a contact list?
+2I am looking to email my contact list prior to distributing a survey. I want to see which emails addresses bounce prior to distributing my survey. I exported the Email history but I did not see a column which shows bounce status.

You have to export the distribution history from Survey Distributions.
+43Yes download the distribution history there you will see status of all emails. Filter it out by bounced email.

Our distributions are all comprised of a single survey only (a transaction in our source system triggers a distribution). I am looking for a way to export a list of 'bounce-backs' across all distributions (which equal many thousand) so that we can rectify the address in our source system). It doesn't look like there is a way for me to do that yet.
