This is a relatively new feature developed - but curious if anyone has used or explored it within the community. NPS® Outer Loop by Bain & Company - QualtricsWould love to hear from anyone who has.
Hi community, Been looking at NPS Impact Score within our Text Analytics model which an XM scientist helped us set up a while back when we got started with text analytics. This provides us the overall impact particular topics are having on our overall NPS. I have a colleague of mine who is seeking to better understand what it’s trying to show/calculated (they are more of a statistician than I am). The formula for it is… NPS Impact Score = (Topic Count*(Topic NPS-Overall NPS))/(Overall Count-Topic Count). This is set up as a custom metric, but was a metric encouraged by Qualtrics to monitor text analytics. The question my colleague has is why we include the topic count as both numerator and denominator; and to that I can’t answer (it seems ok to me, but this isn’t my speciality). Surprisingly I recall a bit more documentation on the Qualtrics side when we introduced it, but now nothing seems to come up. I’d like to have more confidence around this if we were to keep using it, but ca
Hey community,I am excited to see the latest additions to TextiQ functionality released last week to add in emotions and effort. I am curious to see if anyone else has updated their TextiQ with these and how have you found these new metrics/tagging so far?We have some users who export data, so even if we don’t display these new tags - they will discover them in the export. We already have actionability; which has had mixed reception in the tagging and generated a fair bit of questions - even though we don’t proactively present it.I am keen to update our data set to see these new tags, just thought I would check to see how others may have gone with this just before enabling it. Any issues or things to be aware of?
Hey Community, We have a new issue being looked into by Qualtrics Engineering but curious to see if anyone else has experienced this recently; whereby our dashboard users have lost access to their available dashboards and are being removed from all their respective user roles upon log-in (issue started 5days ago) unless it is one that has automatic role assignment set up for them.So far it appears to be an issue where we have single sign-on and automatic user role assignment set up, where this has removed any users which we have manually placed into a user role or shared dashboard pages with directly. Both used to work independently without issues. We have not made any adjustment to these recently; so it seems like something has changed on Qualtrics side to create this issue. Our org has thousands of users, so knowing when and who we manually shared pages with gets hard to track, so suspect when fixed we will still have a gap in user access and knowing what we need to go back and map in
I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to add a hyperlink to the logo within custom survey theme. The intent here is to make a survey feel more legitimate and integrated into our web experience. Our survey’s are emailed, so not looking to set up an intercept which we have separately to these programs. This enables users to click the logo on any survey page to take them back to our organisations main website. If possible I assume it requires custom CSS code, which I’d need to get help doing. Hopeful to check if feasible before engaging more on this.
Hi all,I continually come up against an issue with users wishing to export from a dashboard as CSV, and the level of data that would expose them to with Export permission creating significant privacy risks. This is due to Qualtrics not currently allowing us to select or limit which variables or the volume which a user can export from a dashboard (with export enabled). Exporting widgets only isn’t feasible in most instances either. I would love if anyone had a work around for how they manage to enable dashboard exports without exposing users to such a high volume of data. With significant focus on customer data & privacy globally this must be a growing need. Thanks in advance!
