Hi,I would like to know if there is a way to export the survey responses in an automated way via an API call. We do this for CX survey responses and distributions but is this also possible within EX? Specifically for a lifecycle or an engagement survey where i want to transfer the results into our HR reporting tool. Bart
I would like the ability to offer a survey on the web page. So not via pop up or slider but directly on the website itself. For example, the customer clicks on a smiley and it opens a survey. Is there a possibility to trigger the survey URL that way or is there another possibility?
When the customer is browsing we have the site history. I would like to be able to put a condition on the site history so that when the customer has been on a certain section of the website that we can add an additional question in the survey. But I don't see how this can be done because the URL is quite long in many cases. How can I split that up so I can then use that to set up a conction
I would have liked the possibility to calculate the dropout rate. For this I would need the last question but this is only available in the responses in progress. Is there any way to have this as embedded data on the recorded responses? https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/data/responses-in-progress/#ViewingResponsesInProgressThe goal is to see where the biggest drop out rate is in the surveys so that we can address and adjust it.
Hi,We have a question concerning visualisation of Text analytics.Within Proximus, there is decided to create one big lexicon of topics and parent topics. Because we have more then 100 topics, and not all are relevant within each survey I have troubles to visualise it in dashboards. Here are some practical questions. How can we exclude topics we don’t want to follow? Or keep only a select set of topics? If you select on top of the page a certain topic (or for example 10 topics), you will also see all other topics which were in combination with these topics. Because it is a multiple choice with multiple answers possible. In our evolution-charts and simple charts => because of > 100 categories, this is not clear. We could hide (uncheck) some topics => but this is a lot of manual work in case of lots of categories. Also does the “sample size” in the widget does not change. In stead of 1000 responses we have only 500 responses for example, but we do not see that. For me this is not a good solut
There is a new design for "simple table". I want to mix counts and bottom up boxes AND I want to filter on the counts. This features has disappeared. The response of the support team = Simple and pivot tables have been deprecated and can no longer be used/ set up on dashboards.Does anyone have another idea to fix this?
I did some testing and unfortunately, the functionality is that Time Spent On Site records two metrics: the Time Spent On Site and the Time Focused On Site (2358|2314). There isn't a way to alter this. What i want to have is a split of "Time Sent On Site" and another one with "Time Focused On Site". In this way i'm able to use it in the dashboard. The ultimate goal is that i create buckets like this [1-2min], [2-5min],...=IF([@[Time_Spent_onsite2]]>600;">10min"; IF([@[Time_Spent_onsite2]]>299;"[5-10min]"; IF([@[Time_Spent_onsite2]]>119;"[2-5min]"; IF([@[Time_Spent_onsite2]]>0;"[1-2min]";"[null]"))))
