Hello, I've been trying to create a pair of linked surveys using the guide here. Everything goes as expected, until I get to step 26, where I need to click save. Save is grayed out for me, and the red circle with a line through it when I mouseover. I've tried with a new contact list, and an existing contact list. I'm probably missing something obvious, but I can't seem to get past it. Thanks, Mark
I created a survey for people to evaluate small groups of people under various headings, as in an interview situation This was to replace a paper based system we had previously. If a candidate exhibits a particular trait, they get a tick in the box. For assessor ease of use, I passed in embedded data in a link for each of the candidates they were assessing. So they would get a partially populated survey (names of candidates, room number, date etc). I created the various questions as a matrix type. This may not have been the best option, but it was the only way I could make it work. The issue I have now is in using the data. If the first candidate collaborated with others to accomplish goals, then in the answer field, it says ${e://Field/StudentName}. I would like the export (or report) to contain the data passed to it, rather than the field name. Is that possible?Alternatively, for the next time I do this, is there a better question type that I could use to record something like the ab
Hi, This may not be possible, but here's hoping. Is it possible to create a question where the pool of available answers in diminished by selection in previous surveys. Like people selecting appointment times from a selection. Once 10:00 am is gone, it's not available for the next person to select. ThanksMark
Hello, I've created a couple of surveys, and I was looking to export the data into something I could feed back to the people who took the survey. Any report I try to create seems to be an overall one for each question, and I would like to create one that will show each individuals response. Does qualtrics have this facility? Thanks, Mark
Hello, I don't have an option of circulating a survey by email only, ie, it may be accessed through a weblink. Given that not all surveys will be initiated by a user clicked link, it may be through a web url / social media. If I include an ID value of some sort in embedded data, can I use this in a question for verification. For example What is your user id? And query that response against my embedded data, and display the corresponding values from other columns for that respondent that we already have on file? You've said your user id is xxxxxxxxxx, are the below details correct? column5, column6 etc Thanks for reading. Mark
