Generate report for every respondent?

Hello, I've created a couple of surveys, and I was looking to export the data into something I could feed back to the people who took the survey. Any report I try to create seems to be an overall one for each question, and I would like to create one that will show each individuals response. Does qualtrics have this facility? Thanks, Mark

Hey, @MarkR! Just wanted to say that you could export individual response PDFs to send to your respondents, or filter a report by an individual respondent and export the report. As always, feel free to reach out to our Support Team with any questions on how to use these features!

You can use Email Triggers to customize a report.

Thanks George. Is there a way to apply a trigger to an already completed survey, if I create a report in the email body?

you cant trigger email to already completed while you can draft a new email and customize this with piping variables.
